As you know, I decided to attend the Maximized Living Seminar, mostly to check out what it may offer my daughter, Sannah, as we had been asked to consider surgery and it was not an option I was willing to accept. Sannah had suffered from chronic and severe sinusitis and asthma for years.
I wanted to let you know what happened at Sannah's recent medical appointment. We had an appointment with her Asthma specialist.
At her prior appointment, last year, she had just been released from hospital, again, and her doctor had put her back on Prednisone and was recommending another medication, Tobrimyson, which is used in treating Cystic Fibrosis in adults. That, along with the recommendation for surgery by her ENT Specialist had me desperate for alternatives. Hence, I attended your seminar, as surgery was not an option I was willing to accept for her severe and chronic sinusitis.
Well, we went to her follow-up appointment last Thursday and we were all shocked. Sannah's breathing test result was 118%. Her doctor questioned us and checked her and questioned whether she even had Asthma anymore!
He recommended that we take her off all of her medications, including the steroids, and only come back if we needed to!!
He questioned what we had been doing and assumed that we had put her on the new medications. In fact, I didn't even put her on the Prednisone he had prescribed because I just did not want to put her on another steroid.
I briefly told him about what we were doing, attending your office and changing our diet according to your book. He looked politely at me and just said that "sometimes kids just grow out of it". (I know that he did not believe that is what happened with Sannah because it was such a dramatic and quick change in her condition ... he was obviously surprised!)
Dr. B.J., I have no doubt that the principles of Maximized Living have set Sannah on the road to healing and for this I am more grateful then I can ever express. Her Asthma went from life threatening to non-existent in less than a year. In fact, I saw the changes after one adjustment!
I am also confident that chiropractic care and the Advanced Nutrition Plan (not surgery) are the answers for her sinusitis. I just had to let you know how Maximized Living has changed our family and our lives. I am a new person and Sannah's future has been changed!
You may not recall this but at our first meeting at the clinic I sat and cried, overwhelmed by Sannah's health issues and how lost I felt in dealing with them. You reassured me and said that "Sannah and I were going to be a success story.” You were so right and I am so thankful to you!
My training in law has taught me to think critically about everything and to seek evidence not blind faith. I did approach this process very critically and have all the evidence I need to believe in its life changing potential.
I am always grateful for the magnitude of the resources available in your clinic. Every time I visit with your team, I pick up on great ideas and inspiration. It is definitely not a "go it alone" program. In fact, with the exception of my serving at my church I have not encountered a "mission" as significant as this for its life-changing potential. Maximized Living doesn't just deal with lifestyle and health it impacts how you look at the world and others around you. I have noticed a change in my joy, gratitude, relationships, generosity and much more. I very much appreciate and admire you and your dedicated team!
